Shipping Costs

Shipping for order totals over R 300 is free, below this order total amount shipping is a straight additional fee of R 70.
Orders selected to be collected for our store waiver any potential shipping costs.
The physical techfixplay is located in the Zone @ Rosebank in Johannesburg.
techfixplay reserves the right to amend shipping costs at any time.

Delivery

  • Shipping times range from same day / overnight, up to a few days, depending on product availability and when the order is placed, such as just before a weekend / public holiday etc; shipping companies do not operate over these time, except for a very high premium. techfixplay always tries to use a door-to-door delivery service.
  • The only time this would not be available is when it is an unusually heavy or large order, in which case another method will be employed such as a counter / post office collection service. If this is the case you will be informed before the order is shipped; and if you still desire a door to door service an additional fee will be applicable.
  • The time it takes to process and deliver cannot be guaranteed, your order will be processed as soon as proof of payment is received, your order will be shipped as quickly as possible.
    Products might at times become temporarily out of stock or discontinued without immediate notice, this will delay the completion of an order, you will be informed, upon which you may choose to wait, change your order, be credited or be refunded for the item.
  • techfixplay cannot ship to P.O. boxes, farms or rural areas.
  • It is mandatory to leave a telephone or mobile number for us to contact you during delivery hours.
  • All goods in transit are insured. All orders are sent packaged in boxes or flyerbags, with no indication as to the contents whatsoever.
  • Your order is discreet.
  • You can track the status of your order by email enquiry (sales@techfixplay.co.za).
  • Should a package not be delivered through no fault of ours (e.g. no-one on premises/unable to answer calls/invalid or incomplete address), we will attempt a second delivery. If this is still unsuccessful, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email to make delivery arrangements with you.
  • If we are unable to reach you, the order will be returned to our warehouse and checked back into stock. You will be refunded the amount for the products less a R50 re-stocking fee.
  • Please note that the original delivery fee if applicable will not be refunded.
